This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors to the site and to people who contact us through it.
If you contact us by email or through a form on this site, we receive the information you choose to send: typically your name, your email address, your organisation, and the content of your message.
We do not collect special categories of data through this website, and we ask you not to include sensitive personal information in messages you send us.
If your organisation gives you access to the Apprende app, we also process the data generated by your use of it: your account details (name, work email, organisation), your learning progress, your answers to questions and exercises, completion status, activity timestamps, and performance summaries by topic or standard.
We use this data to deliver the training content to you, measure your understanding, and report participation and performance to your organisation's administrators.
Your organisation's administrators can typically see participation and results by standard for the people they manage. We also share data with service providers who host and operate the app on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use app data for advertising.
We keep account and learning data for as long as your organisation's contract with us is active, plus a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Your organisation may also be required by law to retain certain training records after your account is deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise these rights, including deleting your account, write to info@apprende.eu and we will action your request. Because your organisation is usually the data controller for your workplace training records, we may need to direct some requests to them, or confirm a deletion request with them, before we can complete it.
