These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apprende website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
Apprende grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform for lawful learning and engagement purposes, subject to these Terms and any policies established by your organization. Access may be provided through accounts issued by your organization, and features available to you may depend on your assigned role.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and your organization's policies.
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content (excluding content provided by your organization), is owned by Apprende or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties. Your organization may also modify or revoke your access. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apprende and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
